Privacy Policy

Hygiene and cleanliness

Enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. Disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly touched areas are cleaned with disinfectant between stays, bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C / 140°F. Social distancing measures are in place. Staff at the property wear personal protective equipment, periodic temperature checks are performed on staff. We provide guests with hand sanitizer and spray disinfectant, cashless payment methods are available for all transactions. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each guestroom is kept vacant for a minimum of 48 hours between bookings and can be accessed from outside the cabin via decks. We affirm that our property adheres to the cleaning and disinfectation practices of Safe Travels (WTTC- Global).

Cabins are on the ground floor.

Safety

Cabins are equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, a security system and a first aid fit on site.

Arriving/Leaving

Check in time is from 1pm – 10pm. Express check in / out is available. 

Check-out time is 11am. 

Special check-in instructions Guests who require airport transfers can request that arrangements be made for them. Guests must contact  the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in  instructions, as they will be greeted on arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 6pm, please contact the property in advance on the booking confirmation.

Required at Check in

Credit card, debit card or cash deposit required for incidental charges. Government- issued photo ID may be required Minimum check in age is 18.

No pets or service animals allowed.

Notredome is river adjacent and in the rainforest. Water sports, river swimming, relaxing, birdwatching, hammocking,  walking to the beach, reading, rejuvenating.
